The Amazon Linux AMI 2018 was supposed to be available till Dec 31st. It appears they have removed it before this date. Till a new training session is recorded, the below actions are recommended.

1. Use CentOS7 AMI from the “AWS Marketplace” AMI tab. The same commands will work. The only difference is the login username will be ‘centos’.
2. At your own risk, you can try the Amazon Linux 2018 AMI from the “Community AMIs” tabs. If you use this, please ensure you do not put any personal or work related information on it nor should you use it permanently. Use only for testing.

Thank you for your response.. I figured out a way to use the same image. No worries But i can see few changes in EC2 console options as well.

The interface keeps changing constantly. The features remain the same almost always. A new session will be recorded when new features are added and or there is a change in functionality of the dashboard.
